Certification

You may have heard some of the stories. Like that of a twelve year old getting “certified” via internet exams. With the certification concept being devalued daily you need to be able to separate the wheat from the chaff. Please check the BCIPI website. Remember BCIPI certification is the only one issued under the aegis of BC government legislation.

Your IHD inspector is not only a Certified Property Inspector [CPI-BCIPI]….he is also both B.C. Building Code Certified and B.C. Gas Code Certified.
